How to Write Articles to Harness the Power of the Internet

Those who have read my articles will by now be familiar with the fact that I like to measure outcomes, I have got so that I can write an article in about 30 minutes. That article will then serve a number of purposes the most important being to drive traffic to my web site or carry an affiliate link for online sales. It can do both.

This is quite simple but not understood by many. Write your articles and put links to your site in the article and or your affiliate links. You will be thinking how does that work. Well here is the secret. Post your articles to article directories and your articles will be published in ezines, and on web sites. Because the article contains your links you get traffic.

It gets better. You could do all of this but not know if it is working. Not any more. In my opinion the best two article directories are and IdeaMmarketers.com. You can quickly and easily post your articles on both, get traffic and monitor your success.

EzineArticles are very effective at getting top search engine rankings quickly. Idea Marketers have a great tool where you can see how your article ranks on the three major search engines. To me this makes article writing fun because you can see the results. If you give your article a good headline you will almost certainly be in the top 10 on Google and Msn in 3-4 days.
