Caregiver and Hostess - A Noble Calling

1:18 am RSS Feed Icon Eldercare

Helping the elderly in their time of need is the best you can give, a fact indeed.

We may all be there in the future can't you see, the cost of health care is rising and nothing close to free.

Not everyone can afford excellent care, it is only their hope that you will be there.

Caring for a loved one is a noble calling, each of us will have a time in our life when our health is failing.

No one lives forever and we all need a hand, if you will extend yours the generosity is grand.

In the future robots will take care of the old, and they will care for our soldiers who were once bold.

As the population ages we see the crisis, we know that time is coming as we know the sun rises.

For those that give of their time, I must commend you in this rhyme.

When others turn their head and refused to see the pain, it was you who where there as they went insane.

Caring for someone that cannot remember you, surely one of the hardest things to do.

In home care is most people's hope, but in reality what happens when the insurance company says; Nope.

In the end, in the final year, it is the strength that guides you for they cannot hear.

As they grow frail and thin, you remember the best times way back when.

I want you to know that others know too, what it takes and what you are going thru.
