Believing In Samsung The F400

This may sound a little weird but I was never impressed with Samsung's performance over the last two years. I'm a consumer that values brand loyalty, so when a friend of mine recommended this Samsung F400, I was really hesitant at first.

For years I have only made two cell phone switches in my entire life. Usually I buy a phone not for the fad of it but rather for its ultimate durability, dependability and use. I'm a very busy man and my life doesn't revolve around parties and extravagant shopping spree. So you could just see that I'm not a man of style but rather of use.

With a tip from a very close friend I decided to check this mobile phone out. I did a lot of research, but I still felt that I had to see it for myself. The first thing I noticed as soon as I held the F400 is its weight, it was very light and it was rather slim. I actually thought that it was a woman's phone, if I were to seen with it I'll be the laughing stock of the whole office. The phone is about 103 x 48 x 16.9 mm, which is remarkable because it is jammed packed with a lot of incredible features.

Although I'm not exactly the music lover, I have to say the speaker was very interesting. I have seen dual slides before so this feature didn't exactly woe me in awe. But it was rather the speaker that caught my attention. When you lack at the phone there is a small note pasted on the speaker. Apparently the speaker has Bang & Olfusen's ICE Power amplification, which is the best brand of sound system to date. True enough when I tried playing songs using the F400, the sound quality was really soulful.

The camera is also something to watch out for because it has 3 mega pixels, not bad for a slim phone. Although the camera seems to be okay, my concern lies in the TFT resolution of the screen, its rather different compared to what the company was promoting. But so far the TFT screen which lays at 2.2 inches by 240 x 320 pixels is a lot better compared to other mobile phone display out in the market.

This phone has its up and downs, but in terms of features it can really compete with the big boys. The games and memory with a card slot is definitely an added plus for the phone. This phone may have changed the way I see Samsung as a brand, but like anything else in this world, it needs further improvements.

But so far so good, this is currently my mobile phone and it has been very helpful in my kind of work where mobile phones are a necessity rather than a status symbol. One thing I do like about is it's almost as if it's unbreakable. There had been several occasions where I accidentally dropped this phone and yet it still functions like a pro.
